FUNCTIONAL AREAS

Team GCC is led by Government Contracts Consultants, a small, woman-owned, HUBZone business that has a strong history and experience in sourcing, acquisition support, and human resource management to augment critical government operations. GCC has assembled a highly qualified team with domain expertise in all Functional Areas (1-22). Our team is composed of Computer Information Specialists, a small woman-owned, HUBZone company; Computer Technology Services, Inc., a small woman-owned, HUBZone company; Monterey Consultants, Inc., a small service-disabled woman-owned, 8a company; CACI Technologies, Inc., a large industry leader in engineering, technical and program support, and Perot Systems Government Services, Inc., a subsidiary of Perot Systems Corporation, a global provider of technology-based business solutions.

The GCC Quality Management System (QMS) focuses on performance excellence and is customer-focused. The foundation of our QMS is built around ISO 9001 protocols to stress continual quality improvement through increasing efficiency, the reduction of costs, and customer satisfaction. Our QMS procedures require a Project Plan consisting of the Statement of Work; resource charts; milestone and deliverable schedules; requirements traceability matrices (if applicable); quality plans; equipment and/or product specifications acceptance criteria; statistical techniques (if applicable); control of customer-supplied products; in-process handling, preservation, storage, packaging, and delivery requirements; test plans and thresholds; security; work location; Purchase Order/Expense Voucher forms; and any other project-specific data or documentation required to execute the contract. This plan reduces risk in the event that personnel changes are required, and reduces the learning curve when new personnel are introduced to a project.

GCC is committed to quality through continual improvement. We conduct frequent "Customer Satisfaction Visits" with our current and past customers with the objective of modifying processes and procedures to improve products and services provided. Our company culture and belief is that our job is not finished until our customer is satisfied.
